Leaves and Branches
An artist in etched copper, Gail Taylor draws inspiration from the solitude of the forests and wilderness near her home in the mountains of southern California. Her etched metal works derive their visual interest from the chance outcomes of acid-etching paired with subjects that are typically botanical in nature, creating “impressions of history into each piece.”
